Are you ready to gain hands-on experience, work on real business projects, and learn from professionals across Nestlé? Our Nesternship Program is your opportunity to grow, learn, and start building a meaningful career.
This structured internship initiative is designed to provide young African talent with hands-on corporate experience and industry exposure within a global FMCG leader.
Available Internship Tracks
The program offers roles across various business functions, including:
- Marketing & Sales: Exposure to real-world business projects in consumer engagement.
- Technical: Opportunities for engineering and operational roles.
- Information Technology (IT): Focused on digital skills and systems management.
- Finance: Hands-on experience in corporate accounting and financial operations.
- Human Resources: Practical experience in talent management and corporate culture.
- Supply Chain & Corporate Communications: Strategic roles in logistics and public relations.
Eligibility Requirements
- Currently pursuing or have recently completed a Degree or Diploma.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A keen interest in an 8-week project management experience.
- Academic Prerequisites: Specifically for technical or Nigerian applicants, a minimum of five O-Level credits in one sitting (including Mathematics, Physics, and English) may be required.
