Eligibility Criteria
We are looking for bold, innovative, and resilient individuals who meet the following:
- Academic Excellence: A First Class or Second Class Upper (2:1) Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum CGPA of 4.0 on a 5.0 scale
- Recent Graduate: Must have completed your degree (and NYSC where applicable) by the start of the program.
- 0–2 years of corporate experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a passion for excellence
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical, communication, and collaborative skills.
- Mindset: A proactive, “can-do” attitude with a hunger for continuous learning.
