TeamAce Limited – Our client, a reputable organization in the Financial Services sector, is recruiting to fill the position of: Junior Loan Officer (Collateral). The position is located in Lagos State. Salary: N170,000 – N210,000 per month. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with a minimum of 1 year experience in lending, credit analysis, loan administration, or microfinance operations.

Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Job Summary

  • As the Junior Loan Officer (Collateral), you will be responsible for sourcing qualified SME clients, assessing collateral-backed loan applications, and supporting portfolio growth while maintaining asset quality.

Responsibilities

  • Source and onboard qualified SME clients seeking collateral-backed loan facilities.
  • Conduct collateral inspections, appraisals, and valuations to assess security adequacy.
  • Evaluate loan applications and ensure compliance with internal credit policies and procedures.
  • Monitor loan performance and support portfolio quality through effective client follow-up.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in lending, credit analysis, loan administration, or microfinance operations.
  • Strong understanding of collateral-backed lending, credit assessment, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to meet loan origination and portfolio growth targets.

Salary
N170,000 – N210,000 per month.
