EduLift is recruiting to fill the position of: Growth & Partnership Associate. The position is located in Lagos State. Salary: N100,000 – N150,000 per month. Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and proven B2B sales and business development experience.
EduLift is a cloud-based software platform providing an all-in-one solution to schools and institutions across the globe. The company’s products are: School Management Platform, AI Personalised Tutoring System, Learning Management System (LMS).

Job Description / Responsibilities of a Growth & Partnership Associate
- Drive new business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting schools and educational institutions into EduLift customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, partnerships, and inbound lead follow-up.
- Develop strong relationships with school owners, administrators, and decision-makers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to improve lead generation, customer onboarding, retention, and overall revenue growth.
Skills & Experience of a Growth & Partnership Associate
- Proven B2B sales and business development experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- SaaS/technology product knowledge and digital literacy.
- Negotiation, closing, and target-driven sales skills.
Remuneration
- Salary is between 100,000 and 150,000 naira
- Quarterly and annual performance-based bonus
