Stanbic IBTC DiSEP 5.0 Digital Skill Empowerment Portal 2025. The Digital Skills Empowerment Programme (DiSEP) by Stanbic IBTC is a strategic initiative aimed at identifying digitally talented individuals, training and equipping them with essential skills to support the Group’s digital transformation efforts. It also seeks to reduce the shortage of digital professionals in today’s workforce.
DiSEP 5.0 is a high-impact, intensive training programme tailored for young, driven individuals who are passionate about building a tech-focused career. Participants will also have the opportunity to earn globally recognized professional certifications.
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
Must have a strong interest in areas such as Kubernetes, .NET Core, C#, Java, DevOps, Software Testing, and Automation, Minimum of a Second Class Lower degree in IT, Engineering, or related fields from an accredited institution.
At least five O’Level credits (including English and Mathematics), Must have completed NYSC and hold a valid discharge certificate, Age must not exceed 28 years at the time of application, Applicants must clearly state their date of birth, gender, and class of degree.
Note: Shortlisted applicants will be required to take an online assessment before training begins.
