Indigent and deserving students from the Niger East Senatorial District have received a significant opportunity as the Distinguished Senator Mohammed Sani Musa Domestic Scholarship 2025/2026 is now open for applications. The scholarship portal will be accessible from 20th to 27th November, 2025, giving eligible candidates a one-week window to submit their applications.
The initiative is part of Senator Mohammed Sani Musa’s commitment to advancing educational development and supporting young scholars across the district.

SCHOLARSHIP COVERAGE
The scholarship offers broad coverage across key academic fields, including Pure and Applied Sciences, Engineering and Technology, Agriculture and Environmental Technology, Emerging and High-Tech Fields, Applied and Technical Disciplines, Management and Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities, Medicine and Health Sciences, Law, as well as Master’s and Ph.D programmes.
ELIGIBILITY
To qualify, applicants must be bona fide indigenes of the Niger East Senatorial District, which comprises Chanchaga, Paikoro, Bosso, Shiroro, Munya, Rafi, Suleja, Tafa, and Gurara LGAs. Only students currently enrolled in government-owned tertiary institutions are eligible. Additionally, candidates must possess valid identification, including a National Identification Number (NIN), Bank Verification Number (BVN), and a functional bank account.
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants are required to upload several documents during registration, such as an LGA indigene certificate, admission letter, academic transcript, school ID card, and evidence of tuition or registration payment. The NIN, BVN, and bank details must also be provided to ensure proper verification and processing.
