- PhD in relevant field
- Minimum 3 years as Associate Professor
- 15 publication points (10 from reputable journals)
2. Associate Professor:
- PhD
- Minimum 3 years as Senior Lecturer.
- 10 publication points (6 from reputable journals)
3. Senior Lecturer:
- PhD
- Minimum 3 years as Lecturer I
- 6 publication points (4 reputable journals)
4. Lecturer I:
- PhD
- 3 years teaching/research experience
- 4 publication points (2 reputable journals)
5. Lecturer II:
- PhD or Master’s with strong experience
- 2 publication points
6. Assistant Lecturer:
- Master’s degree (CGPA 3.50 and above).
- Evidence of teaching/research capability
7. Graduate Assistant:
- First Class or Second Class Upper degree.
Note:
- All positions (except Graduate Assistant) require at least a Second Class Lower first degree.
- Candidates without previous university teaching experience cannot be appointed as Professor or Associate Professor.
- Professorial appointments require evidence of postgraduate supervision and ability to attract research grants.
- Applicants for Senior Lecturer and above must be registered members of relevant professional bodies.
- Computer literacy is mandatory for all positions.
