MDCN Housemanship Application Portal 2025

Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) wishes to inform the opening of portal for the 2025 vacancies for housemanship placements in federal institutions on Tuesday 23rd September, 2025. All applicants interested to serve in federal hospitals are advised to check the application portal for available slots.

REGISTRATION ON MDCN HOUSEMANSHIP PORTAL

Candidates who received their provisional registration certificate during the induction ceremony must create a profile on the Housemanship Portal at www.housemanship.mdcn.gov.ng.

By creating a profile only will give applicants access to apply for housemanship positions at any of the Federal training institutions nationwide, under the Council Management.

Applicants are strongly advised not to contact Federal institutions or the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) directly, either personally or through third parties (including parents or representatives).

Such actions violate the guidelines of the Centralized Housemanship Placement System and may result in disqualification or restricted access to the application portal. All applicants are expected to strictly follow the approved application procedures.

Important Note:

1. This update applies strictly to the 46 Federal Hospitals approved for housemanship placement.

2. Each hospital has a specific number of slots based on the required training parameters.

3. If your preferred hospital is not displayed, it means there are currently no available slots in that facility.

4. There are 70 non-Federal hospitals offering housemanship placements. Interested applicants are encouraged to contact these institutions directly for available opportunities.
