Difference Between NCS Recruitment Pre-Test & Actual Test CBT. Shortlisted candidates of the Nigeria Customs 2024 recruitment under the Superintendent Cadre are taking their Pre-test CBT examination tomorrow 22nd September, 2025 at 3pm before the actual CBT all for the recruitment process.
Below are the difference between the two (2) examinations.
1. Pre-Test (Practice Test):
Purpose:
To help candidates get familiar with the exam platform and process, Not scored or graded, Helps you test your webcam, Internet, and understand how the real exam will look, Usually short and less intense.
2. Actual Test (Main CBT Exam):
Purpose: This is the real exam that determines if you move to the next stage, Scored and monitored strictly, Must be taken seriously, same exam rules apply (e.g. no distractions, webcam on, no switching tabs).
Tip: Treat the pre-test as a chance to prepare and avoid technical errors during the actual test
