The Adamawa State Hospital Services Management Board, Yola hereby informs the general public, particularly applicants who participated in the recently concluded statewide 2025 recruitment exercise (CBT Test) by Civil Service Commission that the ist of shortlisted candidates for various professional positions is now available.

Applicants are advised to check and print their acknowledgement slips starting from tomorrow, 19th September, 2025.

Timetable:

The screening and interview exercise wil hold in phases as follows.

22nd September, 2025 – All Degree Candidates: Medical Officers, Radiographers, physiotherapists, Pharmacists, Medical Laboratory Scientists, and Bachelor of Nursing Sciences.

23rd September 2025 – Medical Laboratory Technicians.

24th September, 2025 – Dental Technicians.

25th September, 2025 – Pharmacy Technicians.

26th, 27th & 29th September, 2025 – Nurses

VENUE: Main Conference Hall, Hospital Services Management Board Yola.

Instructions to Candidates:

• Candidates must come along with their Civil Service Commission acknowledgement slip, Original and photocopies of their academic and professional credentials.

Note:

All Degree Certficates:

• NYSC Discharge Certificates/Exemption Letters, Professional Certificate of Registration with professional bodies and Current
  Practicing License.

All Diploma Candidates:

• The same requirements also applies to them.

• All valid means of identification (e g., National ID, Voter’s Card, Driver’s License, or International Passport).

• Indigene letter
