SOHT Bebeji New Students Registration Guidelines 2025/2026. SOHT Bebeji New Students Registration Guidelines 2025/2026. The Kano State College of Health Sciences and Technology, Bebeji has released the registration procedures for all newly admitted students for the 2025/2026 session.
1. Visit the School Website:
https://sohtb.kascohsat.edu.ng
2. Login to Admission Portal:
Use your Email ID or NIN as username and your password.
3. Accept Admission: Click “Accept” to confirm your admission offer.
4. Pay Acceptance Fee: Click on “Pay Acceptance Fees” link to make your payment online.
5. Download Admission Letter:
Print and keep a copy of your admission letter.
6. Go to College Admission Office with the following documents for screening:
Printed Admission Letter, Recent SSCE result printout (not older than 2 years), Local Govt. Indigeneship Certificate, Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age.
7. Collect you Admission letter, Guarantor’s form, Acceptance form rules and regulation form and Bio data form.

9. Print your payment receipt and visit the Student Affairs Office for documentation with the following items: Photocopy of Original Admission Letter, 2 Passport Photos, 2 Copies each of; Birth Certificate, Local Govt. Certificate, Primary School Leaving Certificate, SSCE Certificate, Filled Guarantor’s, Bio-data, and Acceptance Forms, Medical Reports (from school clinic), SSCE Scratch Card, 1 Ream of A4 Paper, 1 Hoe/Rake/Cutlass, 2 Brooms (any type), 2 Packs of 100g Detergent, 2 Bottles of IZAL, 2 Bottles each of Jik and Dettol.
10. Visit School Clinic: Collect hospital folder and undergo medical check-up.
11. Departmental Documentation:
Submit: 2 Passport Photos, 2 Copies of all registration documents.
Registration Period: 15th – 30th September, 2025 (2 Weeks Only).
Note: All students must comply strictly with the above instructions.
