Working together with children, young people, supporters and partners, we strive for a just world, tackling the root causes of challenges girls and vulnerable children face. We have been building powerful partnerships for children for over 85 years and are now active in more than 80 countries, driving changes in practice and policy at local, national and global levels using our reach, experience and knowledge.
Our bold ambition is to empower 20 million girls in Nigeria by 2028 to learn, lead, decide and thrive and to do so, we must work with them to provide them knowledge and skills, safe spaces and systems, and enable them to have a strong voice, as well as with the actors in life of girls to challenge social norms and behaviours.
Plan International Nigeria invites candidates to apply for the 2025 Cohort (Phase 3) of the THRIVE Programme – a capacity-building initiative focused on empowering young people, especially girls and young women.
To apply, please submit either:
A 1-minute video OR A 400-word write-up (in English), answering the following questions:

How will it benefit you in the long run?
Why are you the best candidate?
